Some people may think of Fiji as the ultimate stop, flop and drop destination, but this archipelago is peppered with adventure activities. Did you know that Fiji caters to the young and also the young at heart?
Here’s three adventure activities guaranteed to get your energy racing and your blood pumping!
3. SAY BULA TO THE WORLD’S LARGEST INFLATABLE WATER PARK
Tackle the Big Bula obstacle courses, slide down exhilaratingly giant waterslides, climb 10m high inflatable palm trees or surf some big waves at the world’s largest inflatable water park.
Littlies are also well catered for with a gated area designed for more tame fun. Big Bula Water Park is located in Port Denarau, just minutes from major resorts and is open year-round.
A free Bula Bus pass is offered with every ticket purchased, ensuring you get to and from your day of adventure easily.

2. ADVENTURE IN PARADISE AT CLOUD9
Spend the day on Cloud 9, Fiji’s only two-level floating pontoon at Ro-Ro Reef in the Mamanuca Islands.
The option is definitely available to chill the day away at Cloud 9, but thrill seekers can indulge in an array of water sports to get their adrenaline pumping in readiness for some afternoon cocktails.
Soar high in the sky with a solo or tandem parasailing experience, or board a jet ski and speed across the turquoise waters Fiji is famous for.
Jet Skiers can tour the islands, take in the world-famous surf break Cloudbreak and search for Wilson on the uninhabited Modriki Island where Tom Hanks’ movie “Castaway” was shot.
All that water sports action might make you hungry, so it’s lucky there are Italian wood-fired pizzas on offer at Cloud 9. Transfers to the floating paradise are available daily from Port Denarau Marina.

Take in the lush rainforest and many waterfalls between slicing through the challenging rapids. Not for the faint-hearted, you will be surrounded by black volcanic walls over forty metres high in some sections of this virtually untouched part of Fiji.
This experience is available year-round and is suitable for ages eight years and up. Departure is from Pacific Harbour.
